Die HVC Hochspannungs-Chipwiderstandsserie von Exxelia Ohmcraft® bietet Spannungen von 150 V, Leistungen von 0,04 W und einen Widerstandsbereich von 10 kΩ bis 50 GΩ, alles in kleinen oberflächenmontierbaren Gehäusen. Durch den Einsatz der patentierten Micropen®-Präzisionsdrucktechnologie ist Exxelia Ohmcraft in der Lage, hochpräzise Dickschicht-SMD-Widerstände mit ausgezeichneten elektrischen Eigenschaften anzubieten. Die HVC-Widerstandsserie bietet ein sehr geringes Rauschen und eine ultrahohe Stabilität mit Toleranzen von bis zu ±0,1 %, einem TCR von nur ±25 ppm/°C und einem VCR von bis zu 1 ppm/V.
